CCDS organized a concluding event of the project “Promoting Pluralism and Media Freedom in Georgia” on 7-8 December in Tbilisi. During the meeting, project participants shared their reflections on diversity/inclusion and media freedom in Georgia and future perspectives in this area.

On 24 November, CCDS hosted the screening of the documentary "Fighting for Life at the Cost of Life" at the Ukrainian Civil Society Hub at the Station Europe Building of the European Parliament in Brussels. Ukraine’s ambassador to the EU was in attendance along with other guests.

CCDS took part in a policy dialogue on Georgia’s potential EU candidate status and future reforms organized by the European Policy Centre (EPC) at their offices in Brussels on 23 November.

The 8th Batumi Summer University was conducted on August 22-24, 2023, at Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University (BSU). The summer university was held within the framework of the international project: “Nuclear Security and Nonproliferation in Turbulent Times: Vision for the Future” in partnership with the Civil Council for Defense and Security and the Swedish Radiation Safety Agency.

CCDS on August 3-4 hosted workshops in Akhaltsikhe Within the framework of the project “Promoting Pluralism and Media Freedom”.

On June 22 - 29, CCDS participated in a working visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands which was hosted by the Netherlands Veterans Institute.
