A documentary about Georgians fighting in Ukraine, "Fighting for Life at the Cost of Life", was filmed in February-March 2023. The film, which features interviews with members of the Georgian Legion, the largest foreign unit actively participating in the war against Russia in Ukraine at the time, explores the reasons and rationale that drove the Georgian fighters to join the ranks of Ukraine's Armed Forces. The viewers get an opportunity to look into the lives of those who have chosen to put their own lives on the line for the sake of another nation's survival.

The documentary captures the emotions, determination and profound sacrifice of the Georgian fighters. Through interviews and battlefield footage, the audience is brought into the heart of the conflict, where human resilience and the fight for freedom take centre stage.
