In Autumn 2022 CCDS started its partnership with the Black Sea Women in Nuclear Network (BSWN), which was established a year ago but has already achieved impressive results in reaching out and growing.

BSWN is a regional professional organization that unites experts in the nuclear field from the regional countries. Network members are women from the Black Sea countries representing civil society, academia, national governments, and industries. Interdisciplinary by nature, the network brings together women in science, technology and policy who join efforts to support the safe and secure use of peaceful nuclear technologies and prevent nuclear proliferation. The network is a platform for professionals to promote gender equity and increase women's leadership roles in the nuclear field, as well as offer professional exchange, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.

The CCDS founders and board members, Shorena Lortkipanidze and Tamara Pataraia, are active members of the network and represent BSWN in Georgia, along with other Georgian professionals. The Black Sea Women in Nuclear Network invites all interested candidates to join the network by filling in this online form - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScfr2FyY0bz9gDy0NUSrhZTQn32JGBfRzjtjK2jCqekFDmPOQ/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1&flr=0 .
