Between 27^th of January - 11^th of February several working meetings of the participants of the trainings on diversity were conducted via Zoom platform. Attendees included participants of Tbilisi, Telavi, Kutaisi and Batumi Trainings on Diversity and Inclusion in Defense and Security Institutions, as well as Civil Council’s representatives.  

First, all the above mentioned trainings and their outcomes, in a way of ensuing researches and small projects, were discussed. Participants from different regions shared their experiences and details of their projects/researches, along with their expectations for the next level of the project, which was also discussed during the meeting. Then, participants divided in smaller groups, shared their ideas around illustrations, which were prepared in the framework of the project as well. Future steps, such as campaigns for presenting the outcomes and visibilities, created during the project, were planned.
