The present Policy Paper was prepared with the aim to help strengthening women's participation in defense institutions, protecting principles of gender equality and conducting relevant events for that. This paper researched present state of Women employees at the Ministry of Defense, their participation in different inniciatives, steps toward maintaining gender equality and effectivness of already existing norms.
